Dunlight is a random defense game that combines the chess genre and the defense genre. Block monsters in the dungeon with your own choices in a situation of randomly given heroes, items, and options.

*Various Traits
Each hero has their own unique traits. If you make good use of the traits of the heroes, they will be of great help in conquering the dungeon.

*Dozens of equipment items
You can get items by killing monsters or from Merchant. The acquired items can be equipped to the hero to further strengthen.

*Treasure
Treasures acquired by exploring dungeons can also create powerful synergies with heroes, traits, and equipment items.

*Random Map
In addition to Defense, there are many other options such as Event, Merchant, and Treasure. You are free to choose any option, but you need to be a little cautious. The more you explore dungeons, the stronger the monsters become.

This game is fun, addicting and decently made. Sadly that's about as far as I can go on a positive review. The 100th floor challenge seems nearly rigged at this point. no amount of leveling, grinding, and setup. Allows me to beat the boss, which spawns its own troops. And the fact that before hand, is a boss that I've only ever killed twice. Because of just how tanky it is. And it chops 15 health from your pool. Just to then get waves that are nearly impossible to beat.

It's a lot of fun but I feel like I hit a wall. I and all heros upgraded, all shrines, and tablets upgraded until the point where I'm stuck. I had a few of the yellow potions but I can't beat stygian, get past day 34 ish on survival, or do floor 170. which means I can't get more yellow potions or upgrade my tablets anymore. I have 100k+ blue and 100+ red potions and nothing to do with them. I'm sure I'm not the best player but I have been trying for literally weeks to progress and can't seem to

Extremely good game, but it could benefit from some quality of life improvements like: being able to see a units stats before buying them, being able to move units around after placing them, and a better way to see your bonuses from traits and how many heroes you have of each. It's easily 5/5 with tons of different units with different abilities that invite a ton of strategy and fun, and unique builds made possible with items. Great game overall.
